Our goal as the Heart 2 Home Foundation is organize community and corporate donations and volunteers to encourage and enhance the lives of Utah families in need. Those volunteer efforts and donations are utilized in fundraising and home renovations that meet special needs in dire circumstances.We have also created alliances with major networks, radio stations and major Utah newspapers and magazines to cover our events and bring visibility to our projects.We are a non-profit 100% volunteer organization with no paid staff. Donations are received through our 501c3 status and go directly to the families and projects to which those funds are gifted.

SUB 4 SANTA







It's time for our 10th annual Sub 4 Santa!  We are so excited to continue to have this opportunity to give some very deserving families a very memorable Christmas!  If you would like to sponsor a family this Christmas, please pick one of the families listed below and let us know which family you would like to help.    We will send you a personalized wish list. All gifts must be wrapped and tagged with the family number easily visible.  We will be throwing a Christmas party for the families where Santa will be giving them their gifts.  Please have all gifts ready and delivered by Saturday December 8th.  Thank you so very much!
